Booon Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Booon. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

1. Return Window

• Customers can raise a return request within 48 hours of the order being delivered.
• Return requests raised after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Return Pickup

• Once a return request is successfully generated, our team will arrange a pickup within 4–5 days.
• Please keep the item ready for pickup in the same condition in which it was delivered.

3. Quality Check at Pickup

All Booon garments and footwear are delivered with their original tags and loops attached. At the time of return pickup, a quality check will be conducted:

• The original tags and loops must be intact and undamaged.
• The garment or footwear must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• If the tags or loops are damaged or missing, the return will be cancelled.
• If the product is found to be used, worn, or damaged, the return pickup may be cancelled.

4. Additional Information for Return Verification

In some cases, our team may request images of the product, tags, labels, or other details to help us identify and verify the item. Please share the requested images/details with our team when asked. This will help us process your return smoothly.

5. Refund Timeline

• Once the return has been successfully picked up and passes the required quality check, the refund will be initiated.
• The refund may take 3–4 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the banking/payment system.

6. Return Fee

A flat return fee is charged for each garment or footwear item returned to partially cover reverse-logistics costs.

Please note: The return fee is charged per item, not per order. For example, if you return two items from the same order, the applicable return fee will be charged separately for both items.

Booon reserves the right to cancel a return if the product does not meet the return-condition requirements stated above.
